A big warning saying DO NOT LINK TO PROJECT 1999 is probably going to be the best advertising anyways.

Yea, he even clarifies that linking to p1999 wikis and such are ok, and mentioning it is fine. You can't link directly to it or other emulator sites. Its just to keep on good terms with soe so he can be affiliated probably or something.
