2 Months late my friend. <Rampage> which is now <Awakened> triggered Kerafyrm to spawn.

Did they do this by killing the 4 warders? (I ask because I am not quite sure how it works) Did they kill Kerafym after getting him to spawn, or does some other script happen? If he was killed, is there a loot table? Thank you in advance for all your helpful answers.

in order:
1) yes
2) no, he just rampaged everywhere. he went from zone to zone killing every dragon that wronged him and any players in the way.
3) he wasn't killed, but he has no loot table in classic

No, it's not. The leader of Awakened is from the Taken half and the contingent of officers in Awakened that came over from Rampage were mostly senior members. We still kick ass and take names, but it's not Rampage or Taken.
