Game Mechanics: Can't Attack Bug?

I also got something similar, it seems location dependant, and generally linked to low ceilings. I got that in sol A on the tunnel on the right when you face the door to enter the goblin castle and in permafrost in some part of the section right after the ladder near entrance.
you have attack on, but you do just not swing, spells do work and do damage but you just stand there getting hit by the mob and not swinging your weapon. moving away generally fix that.
