Staff does not delete characters, but someone with your account info could have done so. We may be able to help you but you'll need to post a thread on the petition/exploit subforum: http://www.project1999.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25

I bet your problem is you need to just download and extract the new patch files! It'll most likely fix your problem
