So if she gave an order to "set me up some secure email that I can send diplomatic, but not secret info over, maybe confidential" and that person set her up the email and she gave a lawful and correct order

your still willing to chargrill her? yeah her peeps and by extention herself is responsible for a fuck up, but she's not military either, the civies aren't even held to the same kinds of standards as military officers.

I have a hard time sitting here getting mad, knowing the training and time juggling shit people in her position probably face. She's probably in way over her head, me and you might have done better but we have the benefit of special training and experience in a field she never has had more then 15 minutes to look into.

You are deliberately understating the severity of the violation and I don't know why. She exposed state secrets by placing them on a non-secure server located in her residence. This is absolutely against the law, regardless of military status. The law is the law.

Petraeus has a felony record for a much smaller offense than Hillary committed.

They are also in the process of taking a full star away from him for fucks sake.

They should have it wrapped up in a few weeks (3 weeks approximately according to Sean Hannity's estimates). A felony indictment would put the Bern back in the game.
