I haven't tested, but it sounds like the undead are just straight up immune to mez/stuns - like Giants in Velious are. No amount of debuffs will change that.

This is not true. They can be mezzed, as I have seen this, and pretty sure on stunning but need a group member to confirm.

However, I'm not sure if it is a situation similar to the golems where the highest level ones seem to be immune to mez? I have seen undead mezzed, but chanter complains that they break early.

It is best to root park these.

no. they're very mezzable, and this was from a 49 ench. and i've charmed undead after she tashed at level 53.

the only ones with very high resists are the golems, but still able to be snared etc. after debuffs. undead are just mostly a higher level range than elementals, thus harder to land stuff on if you're also a lower level.
