80 isn't too bad. But you should know that there is very little demand in normal groups for rangers, that might be a problem when you are looking for groups. So if you like grouping you need to be proactive about it.
If you consider to reroll anyways, keep that in mind. I don't say you should, its up to you. | ||

Putting everything in sta is a good long term choice, str will be far easier to max than sta. And you even get str buffs later.

Strength equipment is plentiful and cheap, you just have to deal with it at lower levels.
I'd suggest trying to always have a sow on from friendly druids to help with run speed, you might also want to not carry copper on you and perhaps silver (depending how strapped for cash you are) but remember focus on levels early on, cash is much more easily made at higher levels. | ||
