Well then what you are saying is that the lower class is stupid. Why would you work so hard for such pathetic results? That does not make sense. Maybe they should go get a degree and make more money. And don't say they can't. We have set up so many programs where the underprivileged can get free college if the want it. Problem is they don't want it. It requires too much effort on their part. They would rather complain about being poor and ask the govt. to give them more of other peoples hard earned money.

also, poor people are poor due to circumstances they're born into (minority, low income area) these are things that they cannot change.
schools get their funding from property taxes. if you are born in a bad area you go to a school that is defunct and usually is ill-equipped.
but man, if they just "worked harder" they would surely become rich.
