Shrink pots question

I remember shrink being usable outdoors in classic. I distinctly remember running around butcherblock mountains as a shrunken shaman, but on p99 you can't shrink outside. I can't find patch notes about when this was changed on live but I KNOW you should be able to shrink outside here.

shrink pots are usable outdoors, so is the warrior kunark bracer.

Many things I am absolutly sure of from classic, it turns out i was totally wrong about hehe

Most illusions last for 36 mins. 10 dose shrink pots cost around 250pp. Pretty much 50pp an hour.
Enchanter can also farm plat super easy. I say rock the troll and pay the stupid 50pp.

Cobalt Bracer is indoor only unless this was changed very recently
