you didnt answer my question. im talking about advantages going to IB because it has a developer as the guildleader. the advantage being that he knows the intricate details of all changes made patch to patch. some things which may not even be announced to the public. for example, the tentacle tormentor in Perma that mysteriously became a roamer (which it never was on live) when IB lost vox to DA (DA preps in that very room where the change was made). it has since been changed again to be non-roaming.

other instances that im unaware of have surely happened. remember when DA (i think?) was getting mob spawns due to a GM telling them the timers or having knowledge of the database? that is corruption.

these are two instances in which a group of players benefited from inside knowledge that was not available to the rest of the player population. that is corruption.

with that said i think project1999 is a great server and i think that the developers (mostly) and GMs have the best intentions. but no one is perfect all of the time.
