Kunark launch adds 2 raid targets. The other targets come later.

Wasn't Faydedar in with Kunark launch? Pretty sure he was, but his pathing was so fucked up he kept suiciding, so he was never up.

This is true, Faydedar should be there and will be fun to see everyone ganging up to kill him on day 1 (if he's up) in order to be able to safely bind.
