Better hp to mana conversion ratio (slightly) ... not as good for mana per canni which sucks.

Yeah, not a change I'd be pleased with if it had happened back in the Kunark era - people argue about ratios (and admittedly they are useful while leveling), but at 60 I only care about getting back to full mana as rapidly as possibly.
On the other hand, cannibalize IV is now reasonably attainable and has faster returns than cannibalize III. So can't exactly be upset - everyone wins, really. | ||
