People on this server are crazy about there camp rules. On both sides. I've had people tell me that they didn't KS my mob, because snare isnt a legitimate agro spell..... Yet it still makes the mob hate and chase me..... I've also been accused of "stalling" on a thorny succulent in OT..... Yes, I stalled a cactus with my bard in OT, /petition that shit, last time I checked raid rules totally applied to non raid mobs. But yes, while it is ok for one player to hold multiple camps, the rules do state, that if someone wants one of there camps, they MUST give up one of there choice. Also, a lot of people will tell you they are friends with the GM's and start quoting the rules at you. Just ignore them, and go read the rules for yourself. The easiest way to avoid conflict is to know the rules from the start.
