No lifed WAR on Badlands when it came out.

I played Return of Reckoning a few months ago, but everything was capped at Tier 1 and half the abilities didn't work properly. I love the game (Tier4 and class balance issues aside) but that EMU server was still borderline unplayable when I last touched it.

I see that they have Tier 2 and Tier 3 out, but did they ever make combat... work?

This is what I was going to ask about. The quality of the emus is a problem outside of WoW and EQ.
