Anything with limited classes gets picked up by everyone pretty quick.
These stat weights need work. If you clean up the weights properly I'll see you're recommended for some sort of service award from either the Grandmaster or the General.

Drop rate wasn't really considered - these values are more based on demand. Yeah, the heads drop every time, but the items are BIS or very near BIS for every class. Gnome hitbox will be advantageous in PvP and everybody who can use it wants one.
I'll give you the Hobart's - I thought about decreasing that but just went straight 10s for Vuulak loot.
Feel free to fill out your own values for items. If enough people do it I can just average the ranks and update the results.
