Yo, Stealin Camps here to tell you about this guy Greenranger.

So I messaged him about wanting to pick one of these cloaks up for my rogue alt. The dude said told me it could be done, he told me the time, place and fee. We got it set up and he went to work. Let me just say this, the dude knows his Quillmane. I spent more time giving him the money than I did actually in SK waiting for the cloak (no shit).

I highly recommend Greenranger. I also don't trust many people with my plat, but this guy is definitely trust worthy.

any how, peace out and GL to all others searching for this cloak (though you don't really need good luck, just a ranger... a Greenranger.)

I will literally sell the info to get Quillmane to spawn at least 6 times an hour. This guy isn't using a magical trick or clever way to get the spawn. He just figured out the trigger.

You can get the info from me for 1k per person.

I can even prove I have the knowledge by spawning her in front of you.

quillmane, bilge and pyzjn are all cut throat mobs. what people pay me is for is spawning a rare mob and getting its rare item. not to mention out track/pull everyone in the zone.
its really worth it if your lazy, have no clue what your doing or no tracking which is the biggest factor of them all.

Also you will be spawing Quillmane so fast even if you lose 4 to 5 spawns you know the secret. So you can pop him just about 6 times any hour your just chillen on EQ.

Don't pay this butt pirate 5k for knowledge.
