It doesn't take level 49 to port or cast C or a DS.
It does take level 49 to cast a 90% rez. If you don't feel like paying for a 90%, then don't ask for one. Get over it. (That being said, if a corpse was at my feet, I'd rez no problem and not expect a thing back. But I've run across zones multiple times to rez some stranger that promised to tip, and got like 20pp. So all of you bitching about rezes actually being worth something, stfu and roll your own damned cleric.)
