Rare drop Sky items from bosses have never had "prices"; it's always been a matter of whatever the two parties happen to arrive at following whatever sequence of bartering/posturing/negotiating, etc. they engage in.
Things are somewhat complicated now that many of these items have retained their rarity but have been made altogether obsolete by Velious items, so that the supply remains very very low but the demand has dropped off as well. Yet some people still seek these sorts of things for "completeness".
Bixie Stinger particularly is a strange case because although the fact that Thornstinger is Primary only means that most rogues I know regard it to be of very little practical regular use, I still get the feeling that some would like to complete the quest simply for the sake of completing it. But yeah, the simple answer to your question is that a simple answer does not exist. 10k? 40k? 70k? 100k? That's between you and whoever you're trying to unload it to.
