My luck's probably been around 1 in 6ish too. Never seen him holding a fishing pole and drop an earring.

I've only ran into one lawyer at Hadden, generally people show up and either 1) say nothing and move on, or 2) ask how long you've been there, tell you good luck, then sit AFK behind you so they can get respawn timed.

..the one lawyer did believe having the spawn time meant he could camp Hadden while in OoT, though. Classy guy.
