And it's only just starting. In a few months time, since they gave epic weapons a required level, you'll soon start seeing fully NTOV-geared, deleveled, level 30 PVP twinks as commonplace.

We're talking level 30s with 3k unbuffed HP, max all melee stats, 175+ all resists, and dual wielding weapons like Claw of Lightning (14/18 41% haste).

If you don't believe me, that's fine. But again, I played on Tallon Zek during live, and this is precisely what happened. Hell THIS item here became the "gold standard" for deleveled PK twinks on Tallon Zek:

HELL I still remember the name of a deleveled Rogue who used to sit in Paludal Caverns ALL DAY.

Toon named "Noobslayer" and had a Rogue Epic + 26/28 Runeproc (lvl 1) Stone Etched mallet as well as full BIS NTOV items in every slot.

You say it won't happen here, yet back when Epics had no level requirement, I'd seen NUMEROUS ridiculous things like level 10 RANGERS AND WARRIORS with epics. Show a SINGLE Ranger or Warrior twink on blue a fucking EPIC.

Beyond your mischaracterizations, you aren't even talking about current Red, you are talking about an admixture of things that "used" to happen on this server and a completely different server. And even within that error you are only referring to a handful of zones out of a gazillion.
