Here in a place called reality 8 hour trips into tov to kill 3 dragons sounds like a really shity time, and i understand there is massive turnover in any mmo guild therefor, your "rules" are dumbass theorycrafting from someone who hasno experience in a leadership role in a raiding mmo guild.

no, i'm saying that in order to have 30 people online on a weekday, we'll end up having 40-50+ on weekends because there are a lot of people that don't play on weekdays.

Putting aside the fact this is a troll thread.

<Nihilium> had way more beards in it, turnover was much much lower as there were more lifetime losers in the guild like Retti.

<Holocaust>/<Empire> has many cool and normal family pals, and Colgate namely has done an amazing job adjusting to recruitment pacing and keeping his guild fully operational in any weather, any season. It has a leadership with more than one strong officer that can lead a raid at any time.
