Jeni wants to be in a guild where nobody ever takesa break or quits and everyone has 100% RA. Here in a place called reality 8 hour trips into tov to kill 3 dragons sounds like a really shity time, and i understand there is massive turnover in any mmo guild therefor, your "rules" are dumbass theorycrafting from someone who hasno experience in a leadership role in a raiding mmo guild.
