Phase Spiders in Dragon Necropolis are lvl 49 and should work not sure if all the way to 60 but maybe 58 are so. Lots of them and lots of room to run in there

At 60 with 3300 mana and the most efficient quad spell, I finish off four phase spiders end with about 15% mana to spare. Might be doable with good gear at 54, but definitely cutting it close. That said, they're still dark blue at 60 and very good exp. Just know there's a 50/50 chance some dillweed left a train of dragon constructs at the zone in!
