East Cabilis- Quest giver for Geozite tools does not recognize me, it is like I did not give him my starting letter. --broken

**If you handed him an uncombined Pincer Satchel, he'll treat it like a NON-quest item and eat it .... If you give ANY of the NPC's an Item they keep it.... If it's a quest item then your quest dialog proceeds, if it's a 1000 platinum and not related to a quest ... They keep it. Be careful what you hand NPC's.**
