Quest wasn't solved until 2003 and the patch notes support that something was wrong with it( http://everquest.allakhazam.com/hist...es-2003-1.html then ctrl-f "Hermit") preventing it from being solved during our timeline.

I honestly doubt that there is enough evidence for the devs to implement it.
