ok, so this is the back story. i let a friend move into my apt because he was homeless, had no where else to go, and had court coming up for possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. the person i rent from knows this "friend" also because he used to work for him. anyways the guy i rent from got ahold of me and told me about this "friend" and asked if it was okay he moved in for a while untill he had court, because after court he was more than likely going to jail. court finally came and he was given 4 years probation 4 years in jail with all time suspended. this friend has over stayed his welcome, bringing junkies into my home while i was out of town on 2 separate occasions. i had a simple request "clean up after yourself, dont bring anyone over" he did both of which i asked him not to. i came back home and there was trash everywhere, dirty dishes on my computer desk downstairs with cigarette butts all over the place, dirty dishes on the stairs, a sink full of dishes upstairs. the bathroom sink had his hair all over it from shaving. it was also agreed that if he was going to live with me he had to stay clean. he has been using meth again. i found ingredients to make meth in my home. this "friend" met some girl at the store and somehow he found out she smokes meth also. he moved into her motel less than a week after meeting her and he has been there since. he has stopped by a few times since he has been staying in the crackhead motel with his junkie girlfriend, coming in for a few minutes, eating my food, changing clothes, leaving a mess, then back to his roach infested motel to smoke more meth ( i presume anyway ). as a part of his probation his probation officer had to come into MY home and search the place. im not the one on probation, i dont want some stranger invading on my privacy because my kindness got the best of me and i allowed a meth head to move into my home. he has had the police over here from arguing and yelling at his junkie girlfriend. he has somehow gotten the idea that because he knows my landlord that this is his apt just as much as it is mine and he thinks he can just come in and out whenever he wants and i cant tell him to leave because the guy i rent from said he can live there, im not sure if he understands how a lease works. his name is not on it, nor is his name on any of the bills i pay here. i finally got tired of it, i sent him a text today and here is the conversation. enjoy.
