I'm not sure what state you live in but he may have some sort of tenant rights. He could make your life miserable if he's smart but he's a meth junkie so most likely he can't keep a train of thought longer than two seconds.

If you are renting just break your lease and pay the price to move to a new place. Fuck sticking around all that drama. It's a small price to pay to have some peace and happiness.

My first reaction would be to beat the guys ass and establish alpha dominance of the territory but if you think about it for a second this is a bad path to take. The guy is a meth junkie. He knows where you live. You gonna get robbed.

Why in the world would you ever invite somebody like that into your home to begin with? Some people just crave drama I guess, though i prefer mine to be limited to online only.

its alot to read through, but if you read the comments, i stated i let him move in under the impression that he was clean, and it was only supposed to be untill he went to court because everyone was sure he was going to jail. we were also both in the army. anyway he didnt go to jail and i more or less got stuck with him in my home. i absolutely do not enjoy or crave drama, though i do like to dabble in the dark arts of RnF from time to time.

Yeah I knee-jerked on you earlier in the thread, I get triggered irl by this kind of stuff and end up givin people overly cautious advice to avoid their own possible mess. An urge to vicariously create a good outcome. Even if a pal has it under control, I shoot from the hip.

the thing with the bowl and forks i was mad at first, then i couldnt help but laugh in my kitchen after thinking about it, i mean who steals 1 bowl and a bunch of forks, lol. nothing else was missing. no im not on any medication, i think maybe im so calm and collective about it, is because i realize how much better my life has turned out than his, thats the ultimate win.

Some people don't appreciate their own success or are quick to take a little success for granted. I've told myself stuff like "well it could always be worse" in relation to small problems but it did nothing to make me feel better.

Now I have the secret! Immerse myself around real failures at life and breathe deep at how good I have it.

I think he is on a prescription medication, that's the only explanation I can think of for how he agreed to this situation and how he is just taking the entire thing at face value after inviting the scum of the earth into his life.

If you are its cool man, I am really curious actually because I'm struggling to believe he made these decisions while sober with a natural mind. He must be on some Antidepressant like Prozac/Zoloft or something. If this guy isn't on an SSRI I'd be kind of surprised.

i didnt know how serious it was, i hadnt seen the guy in a few years. i had only heard what other people said and figured they were just gossiping so i didnt really buy into it...they werent exaggerating and i will remember this for the next friend who starts a conversation with me that i haven't seen in a few years.
