Good tip. I didn't have Denon's Bereavement memorized because everyone else has been resisting it lately. That's another thing that would have changed the fight. That, or even mez actually, or I guess a Bellow could interrupt...but Bereavement would be better because it's more damage. It's been a while since I fought someone that would work on, so I generally don't memorize it for PvP anymore. I will try to consider it if I have time before my next fight.

He didn't have a pet up. If he had one, I would have charmed it and it would have poofed. And he is a more capable player than you realize. See this very thread for 3 screenshots. I already acknowledged two or three mistakes I made in strategy and tactics. Getting kills as a bard is not that simple. It seems like you're not really reading.
