Hi Farzo, thanks for the measured and thoughtful posts.

This is the red server, intended for those who wish to PvP. Therefore, attacking and killing someone cannot be viewed as detrimental to the server, provided they are not on LNS. Games are about risk versus reward, and the risks created by PvP make this game all the sweeter. In <Friends>, we believe PvP is an ideal to be upheld. Like-minded players are welcome to start playing with us and hanging out with us so we can all find out if you and the guild are right for each other.

People accuse <Friends> of griefing. This usually occurs when they have allowed themselves to be vulnerable by hanging out naked in a high-traffic area, binding in a vulnerable location, allowing themselves to solo at low hp, or other mistakes. On Red, one must play better and never blame others for one's own death. And yes, that does mean items take longer to camp, you have to med more, you have to pull mobs into secret corners to fight them, etc. Keep learning.

People accuse <Friends> of training. This is usually one of our guys having faction with mobs, pulling an opponent's pet to mobs, or an opponent training himself without realizing it - in other words, our guys PvPing better. Sometimes, one of our guys will accidentally train - everyone makes mistakes. And yes, there are one or two members who I have seen intentionally train, and I'm working on these guys to stop this. All I can say is, record video and petition and put the issue in GM hands. But mostly when you hear someone accuse a <Friends> player of training, know that that person probably trained themselves, failed to control or dismiss their own pet, or fought in a zone without faction. Keep learning.

People accuse <Friends> of cheating. This is a high compliment. It means a player has played so well, the opponent doesn't believe it's possible and can only explain it with cheating. This game has many possibilities, many hidden workings, many secrets. Keep learning.

PvP is not grief. PvP victory requires ruthlessness. Killing you doesn't mean we hate you (except Beastagor). Lodi shields are not for sale. PoM is off limits while the zerg sleeps. <Friends> may be recruiting, who knows?
