I've seen the Exquisite Brawl Sticks (32/36 and a 30/36 version) drop in DN off rats while farming Vilefang. The best ratio versions of all the weapons are pretty rare though - they seem to drop more commonly off Sontalak and other harder WW dragons.

Way more expensive than Woodsman Staff at this point though.
