NPC Spawn Issue: Pandos Flintside bugged spawn! Showing up beyond borders of zonewall?!?

There are a few pathing issues which should be fixed by Haynar with the next patch.

When I was looking into this issue, I noticed Pandos's script was old and lacked some of the functions we now use. Updated script, pending update.

Hollish Tnoops also seems bugged, stuck in a wall in the yard.
