Yeah, I had the exact same thing happen today, its an issue with your modem/router. I realized this after restarting my modem today, your receiving data fine but your modem has an issue sending data back, just screw with ur modem a bit, and play thru it. btw I have comcast internet, if you do too it might have just been an issue with them today.
