neither are viable for anything but pulling

throwing is more convenient because you can summon daggers from mrylokar's bracer, but they have a short range (55)
archery requires arrows, but you have this awesome 150 range bow with great stats: http://wiki.project1999.com/Adarra%2..._of_the_Unseen
