From what I have seen on the wiki and other research, killing Councilors in Icewell Keep should give -30 Dain Frostreaver IV and turning in 4 Giant Warrior Helmets for the Giant Helmets quest should give +50 Dain Frostreaver IV.

In 1 councilor kill I went from dubious to threateningly. I turned in 4 helmets and had successful faction hits and went from threateningly to dubious.

1 more councilor kill put me back into threateningly. I turned in 4 helmets and still threateningly. 4 more helmets and still threateningly. Each time had successful faction messages.

Can someone from the team confirm values here? It shouldn't be possible for me to still be threateningly after +100 faction from a -30 faction kill.

I second this.

I've turned in 20 helmets at Apprehensive and am still at apprehensive. There is a mistake in how much faction is being given with this quest.
