Quest Issue: Is the Soulfire quest broke or something?

When I did this part of the quest, cause there is like 4 mobs that despawn and spawn at varying times in EFP bar, all the mobs were popped but stacked on top of eachother. I havent looked recently but are you sure he isnt hiding inside the ogre or troll at the bar? I will look into it when I get home and see if i can help cause I had to do a /target to get this done but havent checked it out in months so i dont know if anything has changed

I didn't think of targeting for 99% of the time I was there, but I did a /target before I left just in case and nothing came up.

I spawned Tykar again in the bar.

This would have been corrected already, but the day/night cycle for npcs is also used for the boat in the same zone.

Apologies paladins, Kunark is taking most of the dev time. We haven't forgotten about existing issues and will work on putting in a fix for this.
