I had this same problem at spirocs and raptors in TD. Why does no one call camp check in outdoor zones? Because no one respects outdoor camps because there is no enforcement. Instead you geniuses do shit like FTE which is totes classic. The majority of these disputes on this server are your own making because the staff uses the most mongo set of rules ever created or they just /lazy and play favorites.

But please enlighten me as to who should get priority. As I understand the rules no one gets it at all and we can all just killsteal from outdoor camps as we please.
