This is not a quest spell, it's a drop, and it doesn't provide any Invis vs. Undead.
Got mine in Velketor's off Kobolds.

Running around in Karnor with this on, the undead still see you so I don't think it's invis to undead as well as regular invis.

Just to make sure no one takes the earlier commenter seriously ...
This spell does NOT work vs undead. It's a fixed-duration normal invis, nothing more. I've had newbie skeletons in Field of Bone see through this spell and smack me as I ran past.

And there's no quest to get this spell in Velious that I know of. It's a Velious spell drop.

You are still visible to Undead when you have this spell on.

So no, this should not be double invis. Just fixed duration invis.
