It brought the player run agreement to a halt, which is the type of negotiating you suggest we use to sort out issues.

It was a decision that was made without considering the player managed agreements that were being discussed, which is p99's prerogative, however, it kicks the wind out of the idea that player manage agreements will last without overarching intervention that could dissolve player agreements.

I'm fairly certain none of the developers knew about any sort of player managed agreement for Vindicator. I didn't, at least.

That being said, it can be looked into again.
