Apparently I am worse the Hitler for being a fair contractor. I helped a city out with a job that needed to be done, and I determined that there was going to be money left over, so I selflessly gave some of that money back to the city, via the representative that had negotiated with me. I didn't have to provide that level of value, I did not have to give any money back whatsoever, but I did. Apparently it is wrong to be civic-minded.
