Vindi is a very basic encounter. It requires 1 lvl 55 tank, 4 active clerics, a torpor shaman, and 20 dps.
A guild with 60 55+ toons can easily kill vindi, if only 30 of them didn't switch to anonymous the moment velious came out to sneak of to kill CT in search of a rare chance at an AON, which has a 75% chance of being RMT'd in the next two months.
