Stormfeather should be a camp, just because it's highly prized doesn't mean FTE should apply. It's no different than Hadden. It spawns outdoors at a fixed location, and is easily soloable.

^ Same as tranix, too, when a high end camp became contestable they ruled it a camp last time and people never left.
