equip any torch underwater and you'll get this. On live you actually had to equip it underwater, not just have it equiped and take a swim.
On live, it worked from day 1 and still worked 2 years ago. Very few people knew about it on live since very few people actually used torches once kunark dropped, so everyone forgot about it. Pretty sure it is intentional. | ||
