Looking for some help with Black Dire

As far as the CoM reports, you need a certain amount of faction before you can do it. It doesn't necessarily need to be from the black dire. If you can't get someone to help you and you want to keep leveling while doing CoM reports, do some other parts of the quest again that you can solo until you have high enough faction.

I was wondering about this. I might have to redo my epic up to this point but that is no trivial task. What scares me about getting my faction up that way is I will have no idea whether it's sufficient enough to do another hand-in with the spirit sentinel. I am kinda traumatized from doing a rejected hand-in and it could happen again even after restarting my epic. Most other people don't seem to have much difficulty with the Black Dire step so maybe I've just been looking for help in the wrong channels before. Hence why I'm here.
