Quest Issue: Crystal Caverns' Ancient Artifacts - Kromrif Military Leggings

Did this quest this morning, from what I remember on live the named giants would despawn and then respawn outside. What happened today is that both named giants were already up, and then walked outside the fort to engage the broodmother. When she arrived Gralk engaged and Fergul ran away as intended. I think as it is functioning on P99 both named have to already be up.
