You can see here they are talking about VhalSera's key being used for the 7th floor zone out.

Tserrina's key is used as a master key of sorts to port from ground to the mirror room.

The exit for this floor is up the spiral stair case in the center of the room, but you have to have the 6th floor key to open the last door to leave, or the 7th floor pass key.
