NPC Spawn Issue: Shralok orcs in Kithicor forest

Since Kithicor is now stuck in permanent night time mode this bug fix is desperately needed (so the orcs are once again available).

That corner is currently unused (no undead spawn/roam there) and now the orcs will not spawn since the day time mobs are not being triggered.

These mobs should serve no purpose other than factioning so I dunno about "desperately needed."
