This thread reminds me of the Biggest Loser TV show. Bet theres a few candidates in this community who get out of breath standing up.

Im glad I'm not one of them... some people don't have anything in their life to motivate them to be all they can be. 3 years ago I was one of them. Now with my daughter being 7 and 1 on the way I'm motivated to have the healthiest life I can.

Lol bro I'm far from fat.. the fact I can bench my weight almost 15 times and run 3 miles in about 19 mins .. excludes me from being fat... sorry if me being in shape pissed you off but it's real.

That is suspiciously fast for a guy who does a lot of weightlifting.
