I don't support the guy who killed the lion. I would never go to Africa, or anywhere else, to kill an endangered animal. But why yell redneck? Why act like a bigot? Don't you think if you cared, you'd propose a law to ban America citizens from trophy hunting abroad? I'm sure the NRA would crush the bill, but wouldn't that be a logical way to solve this? Yelling white trash and threatening this dentist's life accomplishes nothing except to make people look petty. Is that so hard to understand? You really think I'm an idiot because I believe people who are activists should actually propose something to fix an issue that they claim to care about?

I took 2 seconds to think of an idea how we could help. Ban US citizens from hunting abroad. Wasn't that more satisfying than doing nothing other than yelling into the echo chamber of the Internet?

What use is signing a petition that does nothing?

The accomplishment in threatening the dentists life/family/business is more likely to act as a deterrent than any petition ever will.

Zimbabwe wants to extradite him. Which is a huge joke in itself (but not if it was the other way round)

tl;dr if guns were banned this would never have happened.
