NPC Spawn Issue: Shadowed Men in Innothule

Just another thing to add about shadowed men (as well as a friendly bump), apparently they are supposed to run faster than regular mobs (source: http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.html?id=320), even outrunning SoW, which I remember being classic. Is this in place here?

I've heard that it is, though I haven't been ballsy enough to put it to the test.

Consider that link came from the LFay shadowed men, no that's not in, I could kite the few spawns in Lfay easy on my druid.
