Just start summoning everyone to zones based on their level range and say last man standing in each zone gets a prize!

1-4 kelthin
5-9 butcher block
10-14 steamfont
15-19 dagnors cauldren
20-24 unrest
25-29 you get the picture!

not even sure i got the levelranges right but u get the picture ya
